How to wind the CORE FORCE LOOP when using it as bracelet.

1. Grasp the end of the CORE FORCE LOOP with one hand, grasp the middle of the loop with the other hand, and wrap it around your wrist. Adjust to your desired size on the first wrap.
2. However, when you are engaged in strenous activities such as sports, it is more difficult for the loop to come off if you place both ends of the loop under the loop.

Men should choose the 70cm type if they are considering using it as a necklace, as the 50cm type has a shorter adhesive area with magnets and could easily come off. 70cm type can be worn tight, rough, or free by adjusting the attachment position. As you can see, the size(length) of a woman's necklace can make a big difference in her impression. 70cm type can be used comfortably as the most common length necklace. The 50cm type is about the same size as the necklace when worn around the neck. It is also recommended to wear the necklace as a tight choker.
