About Black Ceramic
Black ceramic (zilconiaceramic), also known as "artificial diamond", boasts superior esthetics and durability among ceramics. In particular, it is known for its durability, with a hardness that far exceeds that of ordinary stainlesssteel, and is extremely scrach-resistant.
Weighing only one-third the weight of metal, it is also non-metallic and allergy-free, and they are less susceptible to heat or cold and easily adopt to body temperature. It is also free from discoloration caused by ultraviolet rays and magnetic.
Ceramics are sintered materials made by heating and hardening inorganic materials. The melting point temperature of black ceramic during heat treatment exceeds 1,000 degrees Celsius, and it is attracting attention as a heat-resistant material.
The main constituent of the CORE FORCE POWDER is mineral, but it cannot be mixed with black ceramic by ordinary methods due to the large difference in melting points. To solve this problem, engineers went through a process of trial and error, and finally succeeded in incorporating the powder into black ceramic.
